COGNI Doc is CINTENT-powered document reasoning — contract analysis, risk extraction, and structured, explainable summaries for legal, compliance, and enterprise document workflows. It follows the same decision model CINTENT applies elsewhere: a structured output with confidence, risk, and reasoning, not just a text summary.
What COGNI Doc actually does.
Contract analysis
Reads full contract text and surfaces clauses, obligations, and risk factors, not just keyword matches.
Risk extraction
Flags risk by category — e.g. volume commitments, termination clauses, enforceability — the same structure CINTENT uses in its legal decisioning demos.
Structured, explainable summaries
Every summary shows its reasoning — inputs, clauses relied on, and confidence — instead of an opaque paragraph.
Added per Ron's note — description is a best guess from the CINTENT contract-analysis demo; scope, domain, and status still need confirmation before this goes further.
Every product here runs on the same shared cognitive core.
Intent, context, memory, reasoning, orchestration and governance — unified, so COGNI Doc reasons the same way every other product does.
